If this were simply a work of thought and scholarship, with nothing
depending on it practically, that might be a good choice.
But we have a practical need to say something about codeberg.

We know that codeberg gets a passing grade. We just don't know which
grade. We know that codeberg is much better than GitHub or
GitLab.com. We need to say this to the public!

So I am looking for someone to prepare an evaluation of codeberg
based on what we actually have concluded, and leaving explicit gaps
for the questions that we can't answer easily.

This should be pretty easy -- would someone please do that?
