When attempting to file an ITP by using reportbug against wnpp, reportbugs 
exits whith following error trace just after 's' is beeing hit to skip the

I seem to recall I talked with the submitter at the time this bug was
filed, and he said he filed it "just in case" we would fix it in
stable (3.31 was the version of etch), but several other confirmed
that it was already fixed in the testing/sid version.

Hence, closing.
