Some questions in reportbug comes after several lines of text, in some cases
longer than the screen/window. In such case the user must scroll back somehow.
On the console this is done with SHIFT-PgUp , which maight not be known to
novice users. Use some kind of pager or give a hint about how to scroll on the
beginning.
