Those tags are presented only when mode is 'advanced' or 'expert':
* bin/reportbug, reportbug/{debianbts.py, utils.py}
- don't present suite tags ('sid', 'lenny', etc) when running in modes lower
than 'advanced'; thanks to Julien Cristau for the report; Closes: #583890
Since it was requested by a release team member (the audience for
those tags, mainly), and since we should give 'experienced' reportbug
users some freedom, I'm in favor to leave the situation as it is, but
I'm adding Julien in cc to hear his opinion on that.
