Ah! that's because you didn't read the doc! kidding, well actually not completely :) That's grouping is done using the usercategory/usertag setup[1] on our bug tracking system, with a specific setup for reportbug[2]. If you already now the usertag at bug reporting time, you can look at `How to Usertags a Bug at Report Time` in README.Users (an example of this operation is done with this email).
