I installed reportbug in a clean chroot and tried this:
$ reportbug --template reportbug
Selected mail user agent cannot be found; exiting.
Err, why does reportbug need a MUA to output template report? Also,
which MUA is it talking about? According to /etc/reportbug.conf,
"default is [...] to use internal mailer".
