version of the package in Debian.
This is very helpful if users have packages from unofficial sources.

Any bug report already has the pseudo-header 'Version' that reports
the version of the package the user is reporting the bug to. The
version in "debian" is irrelevant at this stage: it's not an
information the maintainer needs (they already know on what version
they need to work on). If it's un-official it will be inferred from
the Version pseudo-header.
