Package: reportbug
Version: 6.1

reportbug doesn't add the submitter to the bug mailing list (and doesn't even
offer this as an option) and hence I don't really know what is happening with
the bugs I have raised previously. I wouldn't know if people need more info,
etc. (I am not going to know what is happening with thing bug report either)

what mailing list? any bug has a set of recipients, but no implicit
mailing list (except if the maintainer address is a ml..)

That's intrinsic to debbugs, and nothing to be fixed in reportbug:
mailing [email protected] doesn't reach the submitter, who needs
to be explicitly added in the reply by who's replying. Not a bug,
closing.
