Reportbug does a check to see if a newer version of a package is
available, apparently by querying p.d.o.
Since p.d.o now gives out changelogs, it'd be real nice if it also
fetched and displayed the relevant portions of the changelog before
asking.

Hello,
during the time the bug was filed and now, no new requests/pings were
made, and there was no advance in being able to select only a subset
of teh changelog entries available, hence I'm closing this report.
