When using the curses interface to reportbug I oftentimes find my self
wanted to "go back" a few screens but this is completly impossible (it
would seem) without quiting and starting over.

I'm sorry but this won't be implemented: reportbug is a one-way
program, so for weird that it might seem, there won't be any "back"
way.
