This happens after clicking Continue on the selection panel for existing bugs.
I did not select a bug. My hunch is that this happens only for packages whose
names contain a hyphen. I know this problem happens always for package
chromium-browser but not for package reportbug.

I don't see this problem in reportbug 6.3.1, so it has probably been
fixed in the mean time.
