That'd be good, yes. The situation where I regularly ran into this was a script that wraps around reportbug, submittodebian (in ubuntu-dev-tools) which generates a debdiff, and uses the changelog entry as starting point for the bug report. submittodebian was clearly originally written by someone not using mua mode, as it uses --attach.
