looking at how the acronyms are formed (f.e.: ROP, Request Of Porter),
I would have expected a s/of/Of/ instead of the other way around. But
looking at the ftp-master.d.o website[1], which is the canonical
source of information for ftp-* stuff, the explanations are exactly as
reported in reportbug.

That said, I'm not inclined to change reportbug to diverge from ftp-master.d.o.
