On a machine that has Internet access through privoxy at another machine, i can not report bugs through «reportbug» because it can not resolve hostnames from that machine through privoxy. I have chromium browser on that machine, that gets Internet through privoxy too - in that case no name resolving problem occurs. So, i suppose that «reportbug» should also resolve hostnames through privoxy.
