Dear Maintainer,

I have noticed that while using Reportbug, the spelling is often
inconsistent, as it is sometimes spelled Reportbug, but also spelled reportbug
occasionally. This has created some confusion on whether or not it should be
spelled with a capital R or not. For example, when the Reportbug GUI is opened,
it says "Reportbug is a tool designed to make the reporting of bugs..." as well
as saying Reportbug in large letters at the top of the window. However, there
is a link to the project homepage in the same window that says "Homepage of the
reportbug project" with a lower-case R. This needs to be corrected. There may
be other parts of Reportbug, including command-line interfaces, documentation,
or even source code, that have Reportbug spelled with a lower-case R. This
needs to be corrected.

The diffrence in spelling can due to:

- lower case, 'reportbug' as a tool
- capitalization , 'Reportbug' as a project, or since GUI
applications/menu entries tend to have the app name capitalized.

I look at the code and didnt find any occurrences that needs fixing,
hence closing.
