Hey Casey!

The document was produced via a lightly modified version of Sphinx via its 
support for LaTeX.

If you install this version of Sphinx:

   http://bitbucket.org/chrism/sphinx/

Then run "make latex" in the docs directory of a checkout of 
http://svn.repoze.org/repoze.bfg/trunk/, you will wind up with something a lot 
like the PDF I sent earlier.
