The repoze docs are great, congrats and thanks for an amazing job! Just one quick suggestion: replace the GIF logo by a PNG one.
This small change allows PDF generation to work. Otherwise, Latex chokes on the GIF: that image format is not supported (PNG and JPEG are OK). I converted the colander/docs/.static/logo_hi.gif file to PNG and it actually became a bit smaller. A quick edit on colander/docs/conf.py to change the image references, and make latex;make all-pdf started working.
