Thanks for volunteering to improve repoze.what.

"master" is the stable branch, so it's best to create patches/pull requests
against it.

However, I looked into adding this functionality before and gave up. It's
too difficult to support it across so-called "adapters" while also
preserving backwards compatibility. So I'd suggest that you proposed the
approach you have in mind here before you spend time implementing it -- It
may be that you'd be better off with a solution specific to your project
(and group/permission adapters).
