This makes a delicious marinade for any meat; or, spoon it over stir-fry.
1/4 C. Soy Sauce
1/4 C. Water
1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1 Small Garlic Clove, minced
1/4 tsp. Hot Red Pepper Flakes
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil,
then simmer 5 minutes. If you use this as a marinade, cool first.
