I've created reproducible-comm...@lists.alioth.debian.org and have 
reconfigured our repositories to use it.  Go here to subscribe if

(Our repos are either forks of others' packages or don't correspond to
an official package, which is why I went with an Alioth list instead of
packages.qa.debian.org.  As packages such as strip-nondeterminism get
added to the archive, we can move their commit emails over to a
packages.qa.debian.org list.)

P.S. The Mailman admin password is
in /srv/home/groups/reproducible/admin/mailman_passwords on moszumanska
in case anyone else needs to tinker with the list settings.
