Hi, While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed that libruby2.1 is generating .gemspec files with an output that depends on the timezone. The attached patch normalises the time to UTC before outputting. Once applied, packages that use gem2deb, etc etc can be built reproducibly in our reproducible toolchain.
