Hi,

While working on the “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have noticed
that apophenia could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch removes $date from the file foot.html. Once applied
apophenia can be built reproducibly in our current experimental
framework.

Please also consider forwarding this patch upstream.
