Apologies for the short notice but due to a family quasi-emergency I
will no longer be able to commit to chair today's meeting.
I may be able to attend/chair after all, I just can't guarantee it and
thus if someone could step up it would a) remove a burden from my mind
and b) ensure that someone can chair after all.
(This is, I guess, also an implicit reminder about today's meeting;
apologies for not sending one earlier...)
