A while ago I ran into some minor binary differences when repeatedly
building libc6.
I filed a bug https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12291 ,
there is also a diffoscope
output that corroborates the claim.
Later on I also filed a bug with glibc:

and based on the response I also sent in a patch with a proposed fix:
