*Overview:*

The role specifically will apply understanding of Siebel application
implementation at a large Enterprise client to perform on-call production
support, and drive technical issue resolutions. Consultant will be
responsible for Siebel administration (version 7.x or higher) including:
Application installation, patching, monitoring, tuning, security, license
administration, roles & responsibility management, multilingual, service
level agreements and release management

*Responsibilities:*

*1.**      **Must have 3-5 yrs of Siebel administration exp
Administration*includes new client installations, user
*administration*, executing workflow batch processes and maintaining
policies.**

*2.**      *Must have understanding of Siebel Application Security structure
or other SFA tool security structures and maintenance**

*3.**      *Duties will include the following:**

a.      Daily hardware and or software maintenance Troubleshoot
hardware/software/connectivity problems

b.      Monitoring/maintaining/administering system security [hardware, OS,
etc]

c.       Monitoring and reporting of system performance, utilization,
uptime, security, etc.

d.      Performance Tuning (continually) the system for maximum performance

e.       Develop/maintain amp; test appropriate disaster recovery plans

f.       Creating / terminating user accounts

g.      Monitoring / responding to system requests

h.      Resolving systems issues escalated by internal helpdesk

i.        Assist and support developers to resolve problems on supported
platforms

j.        Assisting developers amp; determining upgrade and /or system
requirements to support new applications

k.      Maintain current system(s) documentation / drawings
