Codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those programs. This level is staffed by beginners who have had sufficient educational background and/or experience to qualify them to start in applications programming. Behavior Characteristics: Three years of experience in programming and systems analysis. Short Description: Full-team - Bulk Bid Proposal required. Mixure of both Jr/Sr Developers to work on RADS backlog.
