Summary of Main Responsibilities:

. Working with customer SME teams to identify requirements and performing
gap analysis.

. Development of Functional/Technical specifications for module and
reporting . Configuration of the SAP Learning Solution including
customization of notifications.

. Develop content /Authoring Environment integration strategies . Develop
post go live maintenance strategies

Experience and Skills Required

Applicants must at least meet the following requirements:

. Excellent functional and technical knowledge surrounding full-lifecycle
deployment of the SAP Learning Solution with the ability to bridge the gap
between business requirements and technical implementation . Completion of 2
unique SAP Learning Solution full life-cycle implementations or comparable
TEM implementations . Excellent analytical and communication skills both
verbal and written . Experience with the SAP Enterprise Portal (ESS, MSS or
LSO) . Experience in Personnel Development module (Qualifications) . Working
knowledge of Organizational Management and Personnel Administration .
Exposure to eLearning and/or LMS technologies.

. Working knowledge of SAP workflow

. Knowledge of Web Based Training development standards (SCORM 1.2 ,SCORM

Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions :

ESS Experience:

. Portal content admin - know how to develop custom iviews, roles, pages etc
and be able to customize the existing contents.

. Functional - ECC configuration of ESS.

. Knowledge of NWDS and working with ESS java code . Guided procedure - Must
know how to develop guided procedures in LWE

MSS Experience:

. Knowledge of MSS portal contents

. Must know ECC OM/PA to configure MSS. Includes knowing how objects and
relations work in MSS . Must know OADP

HCM P&F (Processes and Forms)

. Must know how to work with processes and forms. Require solid
understanding of Adobe Live cycle designer and ability to work with Adobe
forms . Must know how HR Administrator works . How to configure and add
HCMP&F based forms in ESS and MSS

SAP Position 3

Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions :

-Require strong experience in SAP EH&S module.

- Experience in building WWI & report templates.

- Must have excellent understanding of Specification Management, Phrases,
Report Information System, EH&S Data Migration.

-Must possess sound understanding of Product Safety and in addition have
expertise in one of the other EHS other focus areas Dangerous Goods,
Industrial Hygiene & Safety, Occupational Health or Waste Management.

- Must have at least 2 years experience with building WWI templates.

- Must have ample knowledge of SAP EH&S configuration, setup of property
trees, classification system, phrase management, managing report generation
jobs and report information system is required.

Basic Qualifications:


-3-5 years experience with full life-cycle SAP EH&S implementation.

-Must have completed at least 2 full SAP EHS implementations


-Experience with ASAP methodologies and following SAP Best Practices would
be an added benefit.

-Experience with SAP GLM (Global Label Management) or building SAP EH&S
web-interfaces is an added plus.

-Knowledge of EHS reporting like SARA 311/312/313, OSHA & TSCA would be

Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions :


- Production Support of SAP Enterprise Portal with Employee Self Service

(ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) functionality.

- Configuring SAP HR and SAP Portal to achieve desired functionality in ESS
and MSS.

- Managing Portal content and roles related to ESS and MSS

- Configuration experience including iviews setup and r/3 configuration.

- Participating in client meetings and working sessions focused on
collecting requirements for ESS, MSS and HR Portal.

- Demonstrating SAP delivered ESS and MSS solutions to the client.

- Understanding of technical development of custom iViews in order to
recommend and develop functional specifications.

- Act as primary contact for small to medium sized client projects.

Basic Qualifications:


- 3+ years of SAP HR configuration experience

- At least 2 implementation of SAP Enterprise Portal, ESS and MSS.

- Strong skills in at least one HR area (Compensation Management (ECM),

Performance Management, eLearning (LSO), eRecruitment & Environmental Health

and Safety( EHS). etc.

- Familiarity with all HR processes and services

- Wiliness to travel

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications

- 3+ years of configuring SAP Enterprise Portal, ESS and MSS and SAP HR

- ESS/MSS implementation with e-recruitment

- Working experience on roles and authorization including structural


- Experience with earlier (4.6/4.7) and newer (mySAP ERP) versions of ESS

and MSS

- Strong HR professional background
