HRD maintains a hierarchical organization structure in the PeopleSoft’s
department table. The official structure is Department, Division, Section,
and Unit. Also, unofficial organization units are used within the***, but
are not maintained in PeopleSoft.

These unofficial organization units include wings, teams, and groups. Wings
have official organization units that report up to manager. Teams and groups
report up to official organization units at various levels in the***.

Implement an organization hierarchy within in the ***s PeopleSoft HCM

Maintain official and unofficial organizational structures within PeopleSoft

Enable workflow capability for transaction processing

Enhance workflow based on the organization structure and staff roles

definition and structure

and workflow roles to reduce implementation time and cost of other HCM
