Lead a team of support staff in Raleigh and New York.
Oversee and provide leadership to the teams developers in Raleigh.
Participate in daily application support. Support includes both first-line
and second line with third-line escalation to the teams developers.
Participate in pre-release QA testing of the groups applications (Vision and
Participate in off-hour and weekend application checkout during scheduled
and unscheduled outages.
Lead the team of support staff. Ensure that support processes are followed
with regarding to issue resolution and problem management.
Provide oversight and be the escalation point for the non-support staff of
Repo IT in Raleigh.
Perform first and second-line support responsibilities.
Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed.
Ensure that the teams Service-Level Agreements for issue resolution and
remediation are adhered to.
Ensure that the teams Knowledge Base stays current.
Periodically review statistics on the support function and implement changes
to address potential gaps.
Work with delivery managers to reduce the support profile of existing
applications. Drive the resolution of recurring issues at a systemic level.
Mentor/cross-train other team members
Gain understanding of Repo/Securities Lending/Collateral Management
Work effectively with team members in other locations situated globally.
May require travel occasionally. Will require travel to NY for training
purpose (1-3 weeks).

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
Experience in people management (3+ years)

Knowledge of general fixed income
Knowledge of Repo business a major plus
