Please send the resumes only on *s...@cy-tec.com* *Mainframe Programmer Analyst - GC/ US Citizen Only!!* *Location: Rancho Cordova, CA-- Remote support NOT possible – must be located on site. - NEED LOCAL RESOURCES!!* Duration: 6 months-- Contract to hire opportunity *Bill Rate: $40/hr max all inclusive* *Main Skills: * Minimum five years experience performing technical analysis and programming Tasks - of which 4 years MUST have been spent *programming in COBOL and* at least one year programming in client server app *development (such as VB, SQL, C++, Java).* Qualified candidate will also demonstrate exceptional ability to communicate both orally and in writing, provide training to junior staff members, and assist with developing technical solutions for our customer. Must have experience completing all stages of SDLC including analysis, requirements determination, estimating, coding, testing, and developing all written technical design, user and end deliverable documentation. Strong technical analysis skills a must, this is not a ‘coding’ only role. Documentation and customer interface is required as part of this position. Must be able to work cooperatively with others and take a lead role as necessary for projects ranging from 2000 to 10000+ hours. *This position is in support of the Denti- Cal Delta account. The system is primarily a legacy IDMS/COBOL system.
