Project Manager
San Mateo, CA
2 year contract
Positions:  1
Will conduct phone interview?  Yes

Synopsis of Position: To manage service availability and strive for
continuous service improvements. To ensure customer satisfaction is
maintained and exceeded for all NS delivered services. To be a single point
of contact for the account teams during service related exceptions. To drive
internal and vendor support teams for improved Mean Time To Repair and
provide clear and concise communications of impact, recovery plans and
lessons learned thus preventing future customer outages. To act as a single
NSD focal point during Critical Situation calls. NSAMs provide NS Leadership
and Availability Management for Sev1 and Critical Situation outages by
ensuring prompt assessment of the situation and customer impact, as well as
driving resolution of outages internally and with vendors.
