Candidate must demonstrate: Proven experience in monitoring, troubleshooting and support of Citrix XenApp environments on Intel and VMWare platforms. Strong Windows Server/Workstation knowledge. Application packaging experience is desirable with Softricity experience a plus. Scripting experience is desirable. Ability to install and deploy new Citrix XenApp servers and complete application integration. Must be familiar with Wintel systems administration. Good understanding of IIS support and management and prior exposure to installation and management of other server based products. Strong communication skills. Basic Duties: Interface with customer technology and business contacts to define customer, issues, challenges and requirements. Providing daily health checks of the supported Wintel Server infrastructure and identify, analyze and communicate environment problems. Provide technical support in problem analysis and resolution. Provide customer problem resolution. Track and document environment changes and issues and resolution logs. Position will require shift work: 7a.m. to 3 p.m. and/or 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Weekend on-call support as required. Qualifications: 5 years experience in enterprise IT departments or infrastructure delivery/consulting practice.
