Position: Title: Clarity Support Analyst I

to the business unit objectives) As a member of the Project Assurance team,
the Clarity Support Analyst will take responsibility for administration and
reporting of the company’s Enterprise Project Management system (CA Clarity)
for the Investment & Advisory division.

received, size of organization/project managed or supported, impact of
errors, dollars, etc.) Responsible for all Investment & Advisory internal
inquiries and work requests from multiple departments and locations around
the globe as they relate to the maintenance and operation of the company’s
Enterprise Project Management system (CA Clarity). Hours are 9-6pm. No O/T
is expected. Assignment is 9 months. No extension expected.

Responsibilities and Duties
(Identify 6-10 key functions/tasks performed in this role. Describe these
functions/tasks in terms of WHAT, HOW, and WHY. Include the approximate
percentage of time spent on these functions/tasks during a typical week. If
the percentage of time on any single function/task is less than 5%, that
function/task should not be included here.) ·          Monitors the employee
support mailbox for Investment & Advisory inquiries and report requests.
Responds to routine “how-to” inquiries following company policy. Escalates
more complicated inquiries to more senior members of the Clarity support
·          Performs basic system administration functions on the company’s
Enterprise Project Management software, such as:
o         creating new user accounts
o         enabling account access
o         disabling account access
o         adjusting account permissions
·          Runs weekly and month project tracking and time reporting reports
on the information in the company’s Enterprise Project Management software.
·          Ensure all required resources are booking time to the correct
·          Produce Investment & Advisory quality reports

Measures of Success
(Identify events and or deliverables that can be used as measurements
against the success of the role and/or incumbent)
·          End-user questions are resolved within 24 hours (90% target)
·          System administration functions are performed without error and
according to established company procedures (100% target)

Competencies, Qualifications and Experience
(Please list the minimum and desired/required levels of education/ specific
education, prior work experience and accomplishments)
  ·          1-2 years work experience
·          Fluent user of modern computer systems including Microsoft
Office, email, desktop applications, web-based applications, and “Web 2.0”
technologies (have used web as an application – Facebook, online banking
tools, web based email, etc)
·          Excellent oral and written communication skills
·          Patience (will be dealing with people upset with the tool)
·          Basic understanding of SQL query language
·          Excellent Excel and Business Objects experience
·          Bachelor’s not required but preferred. Would be great if
candidate has taken computing classes

Key Organizational Relationships

(Describe the key contacts or relationships inside (including subordinates)
and outside the company. Include the PURPOSE of the contact, the CONTENT of
the contact, and the FREQUENCY of the contact.)
·          Daily contact with project managers and individual contributors
via email and telephone to answer questions regarding usage of the company’s
Enterprise Project Management software.
·          Escalate more complicated issues to manager or other members of
the Clarity support team.
Team Size and Resources This position is an individual contributor working
within the small Clarity Support organization in New York.
