Title: Senior QA Lead
Location: NYC, NY
Length: 6 Months+

Required Skills:

§   Senior QA lead – someone who could become a QA manager in 6 months or so

§   Must be a very hands on lead

§   CRM experience ideally with Salesforce.com CRM. Siebel CRM is also an

§   Onshore / offshore experience: will have to manage QA across 4 test

§   Will be fully accountable for the QA for the whole project so must be
able to define the strategy and execute the plan from beginning to end

§   Experience working for a service provider is a MUST (For example,
Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg; or a Telco company like AT&T or Sprint.

§   Experience working on a project that used a cloud computing component is
a big plus.

§   Perfect candidate would have worked on a project built over the
Force.com cloud computing platform

§   QA management experience on one full project life cycle is required

§   Able to manage a team of 8 to 10 people

§   hiring experience

§   ability to be very hands on and teach / train junior resources

Years of Experience: 10 years Experience a must
