*Location: Owings Mills, MD* *Duration: 6months* *RatE: $50/hr* Client needs a Development / Engineer / Analyst need for *workflow design, maintenance and support of the* *Serena Business Mashups tool* (Team Track). This need is brought on by Increasing user base and rework of workflows needed to support the client *SDLC* through 2010. SDLC integration effort over the next several months is to build end-to-end process in *Serena Business Mashups* that aligns with enterprise standards to provide a governed, approved, and documented methodology for Corporate Initiatives and Day to Day changes. In order to develop and implement the SDLC in an aggressive time frame, it will be necessary to contract with a *Serena Business Mashups (SBM) SME* that has extensive workflow design experience in that tool. Additional skill set should include the ability to code VB script and other scripting languages with an understanding of *SQL 2005 DB, HTML, WSDL, API, Active Directory, HP Quality Center, and Windows Server. * This person will be responsible for coding, testing and analyzing 2-tier, 3-tier, or N-tier client/server applications. - Supports existing business systems applications. Consults with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions. - Responsible for designing and documenting technical requirements for business applications. - The person must be able to determine and document complex software or system functional specifications. *Abilities/Skills: * The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, demonstrate initiative and superior analytical, project management, and communication skills. The incumbent must be able to work in a fast-paced technical environment with a customer service approach. Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills. Proficient in project documentation, process modeling and presentations as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools. Keen attention to detail and a strong ability to set and delineate tasks and coach trainees or software developers on SCM practices and processes. Must have 5 years combined distributed CM tool administration experience in any of the following tools. *Dimensions, Serena Business Mashups, Mercury Quality Center, PVCS, ClearCase, StarTeam, Subversion, Team Foundation Server, Accurev, or Perforce*. One year of Dimensions, Serena Business Mashups or *Mercury Quality Center experience is strongly suggested. * * * *Preferred: * Two years plus experience with Serena’s product suite. *Some key requirements for this position is the TeamTrack - SBM Workflow* and business flow design experience.
