Role : SAP Payroll Consultant Location : Miami
Duration : 12 months Rate : $60 – 100/hr ERP Configurer (Payroll) SAP Payroll Consultant/ Configurer in Public Sector • Assist in gap analysis between M-DCPS requirements and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP • Review M-DCPS process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible • Develop design validation session presentation material • Configure SAP system settings according to M-DCPS business requirements and document all configuration • Execute and develop Unit, Functional, Integration and Parallel Testing scripts • Define User Authorization profiles and security roles • Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team • Write functional specifications for development objects • Write and/or assist in development of BPPs and other training material • Coordinate testing of payroll development objects including interface testing with existing legacy systems and third party vendors • Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation • Report delays and risks to team leads • Assist in identifying data to be cleansed • Adhere to ERP PMO project standards • Manage design and/or revise relevant policies and procedures • Build solutions in Payroll according to M-DCPS business requirements • SAP version ECC 6 implementation experience • Minimum of four years SAP HR/Payroll configuration experience • Experience with SAP Concurrent Employment strongly preferred • *Experience with K-12 or other Public Sector implementation required* • Able to configure SAP Payroll tables for Gross Payroll, Net Payroll, Third-Party Remittance, and Payroll Posting • Experience in writing payroll schema rules • *Extensive experience with HR/Payroll integration to FI/CO/FM/GM* • Able to configure SAP Third-Party Remittance and integration with SAP Finance • Able to configure SAP Payroll Posting to SAP Finance in a public sector environment • Experience with payroll payment configuration and bank reconciliation • Strong ability and experience with writing detailed payroll functional and technical specifications • ABAP skills a plus • Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus • Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively • Must be able to participate in a team environment -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
