*Bill Rate: $**20/HR on C2C* *Duration: **6 Months* * * Primary Skill Requirement: QA Tester Description: QA Tester position reports to the QA Manager and is accountable for developing and executing test scripts and defect management. All testing is considered complex and involves contact center technology which includes IVR, call routing, desktop application, reporting and IDM. The tester is expected to have extensive experience testing these components. - Must have at least 5 years of testing experience. - Previous experience in testing Oracle Identity & Access Management Suite is required. - Previous experience in testing IVR speech recognition system, CTI (routing & reporting), and agent desktop application is required. - Must have extensive experience in Integration, Functional, Regression, System, and User Acceptance Testing. - Exposure to automated test tools (such as Hammer) is highly desired. - Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
