*Description:*

Lotus Notes Messaging expert to help with Day to Day Notes issues and to
help with *a move from Notes 7 to Notes 8*, needs to be able to give a
description of what changes to expect, etc.





*Responsibilities:*

·         Builds, implements, and manages products/solutions for hosted and
remotely managed Messaging Environments.

·         Maintains Messaging infrastructure including performing Messaging
server administration and Messaging client troubleshooting and resolution.

·         Tests, configures, and deploys operating system/software including
Service Packs, upgrades, hot fixes, etc.

·         Integrates Exchange with wireless technologies such as
Blackberrys.

·         Analyzes and improves efficient Messaging delivery strategies.

·         Typically, the Messaging Services Sr. Specialist provides advanced
technical support within area of expertise to clients and Perot Systems
personnel on complex integration issues and is often in a lead role within
major projects.

·         Procures Messaging Server hardware and software.

·         Provides highly technical software advice for major accounts and
complex systems as needed to implement recommended solution within given
parameters.

·         Applies advanced training and experience to resolve difficult
client problems where standard practice has failed.

·         Identifies, structure, and deliver services that enable business
processes.

·         May develop automated methods needed to implement recommended
solution.

·         Designs and implements load testing and disaster recovery
scenarios.

·         Mentors junior team members.

·         Works with Senior Manager to ensure that all team members have
adequate training for assignments.
