Devises or modifies procedures to solve moderate to complex problems

form of desired results. Designs, codes, tests, debug programs from
technical specifications and document results. Competent to work at a high
technical level in several phases of applications systems analysis and
programming activities. Occasionally provides guidance and training to less
experienced IT staff and key users.

*e. Consults with Senior members of the team, Project Manager,
Business Analyst and/or key users to prototype, refine, and test and debug
programs to meet needs.*
