*Job Title: Sr. Windows Service Engineer*
*Location: Natick, MA*
*Rate: $60 hourly*

MCSE certification preferred.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years experience supporting Windows
in a large corporate environment. This individual must also have been
involved in leading multiple large scale projects related to Windows servers
and providing computing solutions. Project design and delivery is a key
function. Knowledge of industry best practices related to server
administration, monitoring, storage, backup, high availability and disaster
recovery is required. Microsoft certification is preferred. We also require
excellent people skills, enjoy dealing with people at all levels of the
organization, be customer service focused and thrive in a fast paced
environment. Understanding of PCI/SOX and other compliance requirements.
Strong root cause analysis and documentation skills are a must.
Specific Experience Needed:
The successful candidate must have strong skills in these key areas:
Windows Server 2000\2003\2008, IIS, Active Directory (design, schema,
authentication), Group Policy, Citrix XenApp or Presentation Server, VMWare
ESX3.5, BigFix or SMS type product, Symantec AV, server provisioning tools
like Altiris or OpsWare, HP Proliant and Blades as well as Dell server
hardware technologies, delivering projects on time and correctly sized, VPN
and other remote connectivity, ability to produce metrics and reporting.
Delivery and Warehouse technologies and operations – software and hardware
such as Pick2Light, Pick2Voice, Kiva, Conveyor, and others.
Exchange 2003, SQL 2000 & 2005, Sharepoint, VMWare ESX tools like VMotion
and Virtual Center, HP Openview or other monitoring tools like NetIQ.
Productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Microsoft and Veritas Clustering
* Eight years experience supporting Windows Servers in a large corporate
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Experience working within large and complex technical environments.
* Exceptional customer support skills.
* MCSE preferred.
* Strong skills in Windows Server and AD, and related experience noted above
* Strong Network topology and system interconnectivity skills
* Strong Root Cause Analysis skills
