One of Financial Clients is seeking a *QA* Tester for a Contract position in Tampa, Florida. Client is seeking a *QA* Tester that will perform end to end system tests, develop test scripts based upon business requirements and processes, in line with defined workflows. Candidate will perform test functionality delivered across applications and workflow, as well as assist in designing and ensuring overall integrity of the testing strategy. Seeking a candidate that will work with appropriate business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance. *QA* Tester will help design, develop and implement test plans, scripts, using the detailed business requirements document provided by the business analysts, as well as work with business and technology leads to identify the appropriate data for testing, and prepare that data for the test cases. Seeking a candidate that will execute test scripts and documents, as well as defects for test scripts where the actual results do not successfully meet expected results. Client is seeking *QA* that will assist Application Developers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving problems.
Required Skills: - 5 + years, Software quality assurance testing experience - 5+ years, experience with HP/Mercury Quality Center Script Execution as well as Defect Logging - Understanding of development lifecycle and quality assurance phases. - SQA AnalysisStrong ability to read and comprehend business requirements and high level design deliverables well enough to create detailed test cases.
