*Must be an - Ex-Exxon employee* POSITION: *FI Training Lead* Rate: Open (keep it low) Duration: Min 6months Location: Houston, TX *GENERAL COMMENTS* · Previous experience with ExxonMobil performing upstream R3 training delivery and coordination · Involved in SAP training and delivery for 5+ years · Must have strong Controller background in SAP FI to enable creation of training materials · Function effectively in major IS projects and communicate well at all levels. · Capable of providing training delivery in Finance and assess competencies · Assist in the update and rollout of the FI training plan and its components · Supplement go-live efforts of project team during warranty support · Coordinate scheduling and readiness of SAP training facilities, materials, Trainers and Trainees · Supervise team of up to 10 Training Consultants · Must be familiar with traditions and customs of countries where ExxonMobil has SAP user base including UK, Norway, USA, Angola, Chad, Cameroon, Indonesia and Malaysia *DESCRIPTION OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS* *Key Tasks / Responsibilities* · *Change Management* – Work with Business Team in identifying process changes, determine user impacts and plan training needs accordingly. Assist with issues management and stewardship as related to training · *Planning *– Determine need for training material and courses, study audience, determine requirement for classroom training, conferences and various methods and means of delivering training · *Documentation, training, and support* – Supervise a team of contract training professionals and employee power users, who will complete all training material documentation. Also contribute to the drafting and preparation of training material in various forms. Provide quality control for the work. *Key Work Areas / Scope*: · Take the lead in the creation of training modules and creation of quick reference and assessment tools for Finance using On Demand software, Computer Based Training tools . · Deliver training in a variety of locations around the world · Provide go-live training to supplement warranty support · Liaise with Core Team and field personnel as needed to help coordinate field and HQ training · Confirm role mapping appropriate to training plan and attendees · Track training development and delivery schedule progress against milestones · Assist in development of training stewardship reports for Project Management and Team leaders · Ensure arrangement of logistics for training, workshops and other major events · Capture and report training feedback · Capture and report results of Competency Assessments *Skills and knowledge required*: · Experience with SAP R3 Financials for the Upstream · Knowledge and understanding of ExxonMobil Financial systems, best practices in accounting · Self starter with strong comprehension and analytical skills · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Very competent use of On-Demand software, SAP blue print database, Share Point, · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel · Proactive, well-organized, able to multitask · Able to work independently in the execution of daily tasks · Experienced in scheduling and agenda planning *Thanks & Regards,* * * *Gopal* *Metasense Inc* *NJ Minority Certified Company*** 100 Technology Way, Suite 320 Mt.
