*Job Title : C# Lead Developer Location : PA* *Duration : 3 Months* *Rate : $40/Hr on C2C* *Must haves: **C# Web Development Experience SQL HTML and CSS Experience with Agile methodologies **Nice to haves: **Flash SEO Web Security Experience with a large scale web site * Overview: The Lead Developer will be joining the yellowbook.com development team, which is responsible for company website, mobile applications and websites, a RESTful data API, and the corporate site. Our development environment is fluid, fast-paced, and international. Candidates should be comfortable adapting to change. Responsibilities: The candidate’s responsibilities include: Evaluating, and helping to flesh out project requirements. An ability to understand the business and propose reasonable solutions and alternatives. Collaborate with other architects and leads on implementation strategy Manage remote teams by establishing technical direction, conducting code reviews, teaching where necessary, and managing the bug resolution process Work and communicate effectively with both on shore and off shore team members and business stakeholders. Coordinate development activities with members of other teams in pursuit of a larger development timetable.
