*Job Title : Tivoli Identity/Access Manager Administrator Location : CA Duration : 10+months Rate : $55/Hr on C2C * *Tivoli Identity Manager Administrator (50%) *Expert with minimum 3 years experience in Identity Management concepts and IBM Tivoli Identity Manager Familiarity with RACF, AS/400, Active Directory, Tivoli Access Manager, UNIX, LDAP, RSA. Candidate should have enough basic knowledge of most platforms to be able to diagnose and solve problems. Practical knowledge and experience installing, configuring and supporting provisioning adapters. Candidate should have the experience and ability to add a provisioning target to ITIM, from installing and configuring the adapters through implementation with services and policies. Practical knowledge and experience installing, configuring, upgrading and supporting ITIM. This includes related middleware such as LDAP, WebSphere, DB2, AIX/UNIX, and Directory Integrator. Candidate should be comfortable installing a full ITIM environment (AIX) from scratch, or upgrading an existing environment. Practical knowledge and experience configuring ITIM workflows, lifecycle rules and other advanced features. Candidate should be comfortable with tasks such as modifying or creating workflows and operations. Strong programming background is a plus, in particular good Javascript and TDI skills. Java development is a plus, as are scripting languages (Ruby, etc). Candidate should be comfortable writing complex TDI assembly lines from scratch, and managing existing code. UNIX administration experience with a high comfort level at the command line. Strong knowledge of LDAP with the ability to manage the directory at both a system admin and data level. *Tivoli Access Manager Administrator (50%) *Expert with minimum of 3 years experience in Access Management concepts and Tivoli Access Manager for e-Business. Practical knowledge and experience in managing ITAM, including creating junctions, ACLs, groups, etc. Candidate should be able to “on-board” applications by creating appropriate junctions and security settings. Strong understanding of HTTP and the ability to troubleshoot proxy related issues with applications and WebSEAL. Web development background and familiarity with web application development techniques and technologies is a plus. Understanding of federation standards and SSO concepts. Candidate should be comfortable with developing SSO techniques with custom and packaged applications and TAM. TFIM experience is a plus. Understanding of Web Services standards such as SOAP and REST and related security is a plus. Practical knowledge and experience configuring, installing and upgrading ITAM and related middleware. Candidate should be able to install, configure or update a full ITAM environment on AIX. UNIX administration experience with a high comfort level at the command line. Strong knowledge of LDAP with the ability to manage the directory at both a system admin and data level. *General *Candidate should have at least 3 years experience working directly with internal and external customers to elicit requirements and translate those requirements into detailed system or application designs.
