*Testing manager/lead for State of CA at the Controller office in West
Sacramento CA.  Please submit at market rates, candidates with past State of
CA experience will be considered first.*



*Minimum Experience Requirements:*

The proposed Testing Manager must meet the following criteria. All
experience must be within the last eight (8) years. Points will be awarded
for experience exceeding the minimum requirements.



M1.            Must have at least three (3) years of experience in the
testing of all phases of large technology projects (one-time project costs
of at least $20M). This experience must include test data creation,
experience with automated testing tools, and experience troubleshooting
defects. At least two (2) years of experience must be as a Testing Lead.

M2.            Must have at least one (1) year of experience in the testing
of HR/ Payroll processes.

M3.            Must have at least two (2) years of experience with test
script/test case development.



*Desirable Experience Requirements:*

The following criteria are desired, but not mandatory. Points will be award
based upon the depth and breadth of the proposed staff’s experience:



D1.              At least one (1) year of experience in a testing role
utilizing the HP Quality Center testing tool.

D2.              At least one (1) year of experience testing SAP
HRMS/Payroll implementations.

D3.              At least one (1) year of system development and
implementation experience for a large technology project (one-time project
costs of at least $20M) for a State of California department/agency.
