QA Tester Dallas, TX – Local candidates 6+ Months Skills: Agile Methodology * College Degree Project Life Cycle Methodologies * SDLC Test Designer * Testing Methodologies * Test Manager * Web services Written and oral communication skills * Summary: Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes. The technical skills include the ability to design software or customize software for client use Must have a good understanding of software development lifecycles Must have knowledge of Agile process Must be able to lead meetings, gather and document requirements, excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Must also be able to develop a test strategy and test plan, create test cases from requirements, Lead the Quality Assurance test effort. Work with the Business Stakeholders to determine priorities Strong leadership and facilitation experience/skills, test strategies and test plans for large projects Must be able to assist team with maturing the current testing process SABRE, Fitnesse, JIRA, Rally Software skills are a plus.
