*Position Description: *

*Day to Day Responsibilities:*

§  Provide technical support for Ektron Content Management System and MS
Commerce Server.

§  Prioritize requests/issues received via problem management tool

§  Resolve issues within Service Level Agreement timeframe

§  Participate in operational team meetings and provide input as needed

§  Technical resource for IT projects based on demand

§  Participate in quarterly high availability outages, which can include
testing, development and/or migrations

§  Meet with customers as needed

§  Manage and configure the Google Search Appliances

§  Work closely with Engineering Technical lead to ensure support processes
are in place

§  Assist in receiving new technologies from the Engineering Technical lead
to Operations team

§  Ability to assist businesses on demand for highly critical press releases
and other .com related emergencies

*Required Skills {These are skills that candidates MUST possess}*

1.5+ Internet support experience

2.Strong analytical skills, problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

3.Must be able to work independently

4. Technical Skills:
Experience in online Content Management Systems such as Ektron
ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> support experience
Experience in Microsoft Commerce Server
Experience in configuration and administration of the Google Search
Understands the concept of both data and information architecture
Has a broad understanding of Network configurations

Soft Skills {Communication/Team/Leadership}

1. Must be available to provide support outside of the 8-5 EST timeframe

2.Strong communication and customer relationship skills

3.Ability to multi-task several support issues at once

Additional Details

Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time: Rotating week long on-call coverage
of roughly once every 5 weeks.
