Experience with documenting Claims processing lifecycle Work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies for one or many information systems. Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements based on assigned project workstreams. Define and manage requirement sets throughout the project life-cycle Provide traceability across the project life-cycle, tracking requirements status, managing changes to requirements and versions of requirement specifications, and tracing individual requirements to other project phases and work products.
