Job Description
Attention is against the on-going development of an Outside/In web-based
environment, attracting and engaging decision makers in the 5-100 employee
small-business space, as well as the channel partners that serve them. Highly
integral to this role is sensitivity to the customer and partner web
experience-using advanced applications to enhance the entire customer
experience, including getting visitors to the website from vehicles such as
search, advertising, banners, and social media efforts.
Internal and external collaboration would include:
Field and Partner marketing and sales teams
Solution and product development teams
Market Intelligence
Go To Market teams
Campaign reporting
Brand teams
Vendor management, as applicable
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- 3-5 years IT focused marketing
- 3-5 years consumer and/or small business web marketing
- 3-5 years reseller web relationship marketing
- 3-5 years client and/or agency/consultant side
- Segmentation based marketing comfort
- Comfortable with User Experience concepts
- Practical knowledge and application of Web 2.0/3.0 and social media
