Leadership: Experience leading a development team of 5 to 8 people ( the ideal candidate will have climbed through the ranks so that they have their experience to help guide them through their decision making process) - At least 3+ years of experience. 2. Technical: Must have experience with .NET version 2.0 or higher (We use version 3.5); Must have 2 plus years of C#; Five plus years of GUI development using Microsoft technologies; WPF data grid experience and needs to be strong on the Desktop Side. Candidate needs to know how the Desktop coexists with the other applications . We are not looking for C#/.Net Web Developers. 3. Trading Systems experience is a big plus. Financial Services in general is a big plus. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment 4 This role will be broken out into 70% Hands on Design and Development experience and 30% working with other leads, solving problems, estimating Deliverables etc. This position gives the candidate a great opportunity to get a lot of Trading Systems experience at one of the largest buy side firms in the US. *Minimum Requirements:* The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and proven ability to design and deliver solutions relevant to complex business problems.
